April news and dates

Wednesday 9 April

On Wednesday the 9th of April we will be having drinks, nibbles and prizes class after our class. We will be holding the class in the St John the Baptist Church Hall at the usual time – 5.30 – 6.30pm. We will also be bidding Jill farewell as she leaves for her big trip to Europe and the states. While she is away, we will have been lucky enough to enlist the wonderful Kristine to teach her Monday night classes.

Meet Kristine

Hi I’m Kristine

I’m so excited to share in practice together!

Yoga is a life journey to self-discovery and self-love. I came to yoga at a time I needed it most, and when I realised how healing it was, I wanted to share it with the world.

I’ve completed my training in both India and NZ, experiences I truly cherish.

Through movement and stillness, we can learn to connect with body and mind. Working to alleviate stresses brought on by our everyday lives.

I like to hold safe space where it’s ok to laugh, cry, sweat, rest and anything in between, I don’t take myself too seriously so let’s enjoy together!

The only constant is change

Jill and I have made the decision to move Wednesday evening Vinyasa classes to the St John the Baptist Church Hall. This space will accommodate the growing numbers in this class. We will talk to you about it in more detail in our classes and it will show in Momence from the 9th of April. We hope you join us in this move, and we hope you enjoy your yoga in the church hall.

Please enjoy your holidays and have a blessed time with your families. Kristine will be at class on Monday the 28th of April for the 6.45pm Vinyasa class.

We would like to thank all of you for placing your hexagons in our secret black box. We plan to put this mosaic together and reveal it on the 9th of April.
