February 2026 Newsletter

Welcome back to 2026!

We’ve loved getting back into the swing of things and catching up with everyone. We hope you and your families had a restful and enjoyable break.

Ed is currently in Canada enjoying the snow with his family and will be back next week.

Workshops

Just a reminder that we’ll be hosting monthly Saturday workshops throughout the year. January’s workshop, led by Ed, focused on alignment and was a great way to start the year.

Our next workshop will be held on Saturday, 28 February, and will be led by Jill. This session will explore Side Angle, and for those who are interested, may progress toward Bird of Paradise.

All workshops are designed to benefit all levels of yoga. While Bird of Paradise is often considered a more “advanced” pose, there will be plenty of options and variations available, including alternative poses.

Workshops run for 1 hour (8–9am) at our usual location, St John the Baptist Church, and can be booked via our Momence booking system.

New Membership Option

We’re excited to introduce a 1-month unlimited membership. This option allows you to attend as many classes as you like within a one-month period, starting from the date of your first booking.

If you attend more than one class a week, this is a great-value option and a lovely way to further commit to your yoga practice.

Booking: Shared Responsibility & Transparency

Our intention has always been to keep yoga accessible and class prices as low as possible.
To make this sustainable, each class needs a minimum number of bookings.

We kindly ask that you pre-book your classes whenever possible. This helps teachers plan and allows us to continue offering affordable classes and a varied timetable for our community.

Class Schedule

All classes are 1-hour Vinyasa-style classes, unless otherwise stated, and are held at St John the Baptist Church.

Monday: 5:30pm

Wednesday: 5:30pm

Thursday (Yin): 5:30pm

Friday: 9:00am

Please note: there will be no Friday class this week due to Waitangi Day.

We can’t wait to see you on the mat!
Feel free to share this newsletter with anyone who might be considering starting yoga with us in 2026

Warm Regards,

Ed & Jill
