July Newsletter and Big Announcement

July Newsletter and Big Announcement

As the cool (and often inconsistent) embrace of winter settles over our beautiful corner of New Zealand, we find ourselves reflecting on the deep sense of gratitude we hold for each and every one of you, our cherished Connect Yoga members. It's your unwavering support and presence that infuses our yoga space with warmth and light.

Big Announcement!

Connect Yoga has found a home and is on the move. We have been fortunate enough to find a beautiful shared studio space within our community. This new space is a converted office, nearby in Northcote, at 21 Kawana Street. It comes with a lovely new studio and plenty of on site parking.

The space is owned by CyanBlue, a music company. The owners run lessons, classes and rehearsals out of this space, but were also wanting to offer yoga to their community. Enter Ed’s stroke of luck! While strolling down Kawana Street, Ed saw CyanBlue’s sign and strolled into this creative space. After weeks of discussions and meetings to ensure that Connect Yoga remains unchanged, other than its location, we have secured ourselves a new studio, complete with shelves for props (currently being built).

Classes will continue to be taught by Ed at Jill and prices remain the same. We will also be expanding our offerings. Please note the time change for the Wednesday evening class (now 5:30 pm)

Holiday Break

Both Ed and Jill are taking a bit of a break over these next two weeks to spend some time with family. We will resume classes on Monday 22nd of July. When we resume on the 22nd all classes will be at our new space @ 21 Kawana Street.

Final Thoughts

As we gather together in the cozy embrace of our yoga mat, we're reminded of the incredible strength and resilience that lies within our community. It's a privilege to share this journey with you, and we feel blessed to be a part of your lives as you continue to inspire us with your dedication and passion for yoga.

So let's come together once again, united in our commitment to self-care and growth, as we navigate the joys and challenges of winter with grace and gratitude.

With heartfelt appreciation,

Ed & Jill
