As we start to bid farewell to long summer days and welcome the gentle breeze of autumn, we extend our heartfelt greetings to you, our valued yoga community.

New Class
We are excited to introduce a new class offering! Jill will be taking a 50 minute Friday morning Flow class. This class will begin on Friday, 8th of March, 8am. This class will be held at St John The Baptist Church on Church Street, Northcote Point.
For the month of March, come and bring a friend for Free! (You can sign yourself up, then your friend can sign up and mark the pay later option. When they arrive at class it will be marked as free).
Monthly recaps
A few students have expressed interest in monthly recaps, reminding them what was covered in class, including themes and peak poses. We will be publishing a little recap at the end of each month. Signing In
When possible, please sign up for your yoga class before arriving to class (even if it’s on the way out the door as you head to class). When you arrive having already signed up for a class it expedites the check in process and makes it easier for us to sign everyone in and welcome anyone new to Connect Yoga.
