Dear Connect Yoga Community,

As we embrace the values of growth, community, and inclusivity, we reflect on the recent blessings of Easter and the solemn remembrance of ANZAC Day. While Jill enjoys her time overseas with family and friends, we aim to spread good vibes throughout our vibrant community. Our latest celebration class was fun. We had champagne, nibbles, and exciting prizes!

Thank you so much for participating in our 'hexagon-poster-design'. Look what we created!

Our Wednesday classes have moved to St John the Baptist Church, and it’s heartwarming to see everyone finding their way there with ease. Kristine has stepped in to lead our Monday night classes, and I must say, I felt the burn—my hips don’t lie!

Growth

In the spirit of growth, Ed has decided to take a six-week sabbatical from June 1st to July 13th. During this time, I will be in the magical province of Ubud, immersing myself in a 500-hour yoga training. I feel incredibly blessed for this opportunity and look forward to returning inspired and ready to share new knowledge with all of you.

We will be having another celebration/farewell on Wednesday the 28th of May. (We will remind you closer to the time)

Gentle Request

Please continue to book for our classes in advance if you can. It is helpful for us to consider the best layout for the class. We have the following limits for our classes:

Vinyasa at 21 Kawana Street - 15

YIN at 21 Kawana Street - 12

Vinyasa at St John the Baptist Church - 25

Let’s continue to support each other as we spread the joy of yoga throughout our community. See you on the mat soon!

Namaste,

Ed & Jill
