Spring is here, bringing longer days, brighter mornings, and fresh energy. It’s the perfect time to roll out your mat, breathe deeply, and move with the changing of seasons.
Saturday Classes Return – Starting October 4th
We’re excited to bring back Saturday morning classes at 8am, taught on a rotating basis by Ed and Jill.
Important:
Classes will only go ahead if at least six people are signed up by 7pm Friday night.
If a class is cancelled, you’ll receive an email notification (through the Momence system, so please ensure that Momence messages don't go into your spam folder).

Coffee & Donuts – Saturday, October 18th
Join us for a fun morning of yoga and community!
8am class co-taught by Ed and Jill
Followed by coffee and donuts – a perfect way to connect off the mat.
