As we step into October, we welcome the longer days and the warmer weather that this beautiful season brings. It's a wonderful time to revitalise our practice, connect with nature, and embrace growth both on and off the mat.

A Few Friendly Reminders

Timely Payments: We’ve noticed a growing number of classes that haven't been paid for. To help us maintain the quality and availability of our offerings, kindly make prompt payments. Ideally, please pay when booking your classes online or through your Momence App. This will assist us greatly in managing our database and ensuring that we can keep classes going. 

Booking Your Spot: As our classes become busier, we encourage you to book your sessions in advance. For the comfort of our customers we have set the limit of our Vinyasa classes to 15 and our Thursday night YIN to 10. Booking your spot guarantees your place but also helps us plan better for each class. If your plans change and you can’t attend a class, please cancel your booking. This opens up a spot for someone else who may want to join.

$5 Classes for Teens

We’re excited to remind everyone that our teenage students can join us for just $5 per class! Encourage the young yogis in your life to take advantage of this great offer and experience the benefits of yoga.

Saturday mornings with Ed

I love making my yogi-tea for the students who come to my classes on a Saturday morning. It is slightly hit and miss but it is always hot and full of goodness. Here’s the recipe.

Recipe (To make 1 cup):

  • 10 oz (315 ml) water
  • ½ stick cinnamon
  • 3 cloves
  • 4 black peppercorns
  • 4 whole green cardamom pods
  • 2 slices of fresh ginger root
  • Optional 1: Honey to taste

Ed’s other optional - a pinch of chilli flakes!
