Dear Connect Yoga community
Over the past two months I have learned how to do these blogs with some help from my colleagues at work. We have found ourselves on the mat exploring some evocative themes and challenging ourselves in some beautiful asanas.
In April we practiced the peak poses of:
- Side plank - considering the theme of control.
- Dancers pose - contemplating Fear.
- Forward fold - considering our approach to patience.
In the month of May we have practiced the peak poses of:
- Malasana/yogi squat - we invited you to consider the idea of attachment.
- Half-moon pose - reflecting on a silent horizon you remember and how empathy connects us.
Well done in your practice over the months of April and May. Keep it up. Remember, you only have to get on the mat for a few minutes a day to feel the benefits of it!
I will do my best to keep my little updates going from Bali. For me it is bye for now until the 16th of July.
